JA’s Empower Her Summit, presented by PPG and hosted by The Pittsburgh Pirates, brought together high school girls for a day of inspiration and growth. Through interactive workshops led by local female leaders, students explored essential topics rooted in the JA Excellence through Ethics Learning Experience, helping them develop critical thinking and ethical decision-making skills.

We were proud to offer a dedicated session for teachers and educator chaperones, providing valuable tools and insights to help prepare students for future careers and lifelong success. Through meaningful discussions and shared resources, educators gained new strategies to inspire and support the next generation.
