Empowering the Next Generation of Female Leaders

JA Empower Her Summit presented by PPG is an engaging leadership and life development workshop designed exclusively for high school girls from western PA and northern WV.

This event features interactive sessions focused on building essential career-preparation skills. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with inspiring female leaders and engage in meaningful conversations about personal and professional success.

By the end of the day, attendees will walk away with practical tools to confidently navigate their futures while exploring their passions, recognizing their potential, and embracing their inner power.
