Where is the event located?
The event will take place at the Dollar Bank Rooftop at 20 Stanwix Street, #1200, Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
You can enter through the front doors of the building and registration will greet you.
There is a parking garage located across the street for convenience.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is business professional. Since professional headshots will be taken throughout the evening, we recommend attendees dress in professional attire that reflects their personal brand.
A coat check is available.
What do I need to bring to the event?
Please bring a valid driver’s license or ID, as age verification is required for bar service.
What age groups are welcome at the event?
The event is geared toward early to mid-career professionals and working individuals looking to expand their professional networks and refresh their headshots. Please note that attendees must be 21 or older, as alcohol will be served.
Is the entire event held outdoors on the rooftop?
No. The event will take place indoors and outdoors on the rooftop.
When will I receive my headshots, and how will they be delivered?
Each attendee will get a gallery of their pictures (to pick their favorites) via email within 24-48 hours.
Who is the event photographer?
Redford Photography. You can view samples of work here.
How many photos will I receive?
The photographer will typically capture an initial image and share it with the attendee to confirm the overall look. Once approved, additional shots will be taken to ensure a strong selection of options.
Will the photos be professionally retouched?
When chosen the attendee will get their favorite image fully retouched and ready to use 24-48 hours from the decision.
Is there an additional cost for the headshots?
The headshot if chosen is included in the event ticket price. If the attendee needs additional edits, the price can be negotiated with the photographer.
How long will headshot sessions be available?
There will be two attendees per 5 minute timeframe.
Can I choose when I get my headshot taken?
Yes. There will be a signup sheet to choose a timeframe of when you would like to get your headshot taken.
